Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing colibrixlab.com or engaging Colibrix Lab for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Services

Colibrix Lab provides AI-assisted creative services including (but not limited to) video production, ad films, landing page design, and brand asset creation. Scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in the individual project brief or proposal agreed upon between the client and Colibrix Lab.

3. Payments

  • Fees are as listed on the Pricing section or as agreed in writing.
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details.
  • Custom projects require a written quote accepted by both parties before work begins.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Revisions & deliverables

  • Standard packages include the number of revision rounds stated in the package description.
  • Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at our standard rate.
  • Final files are delivered in the format specified in the package (4K video, web-optimised HTML, etc.).

5. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of final deliverables. Colibrix Lab retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

AI-generated elements in deliverables are licensed to the client to the fullest extent permitted by the terms of the AI tools used to create them.

6. Cancellations & refunds

  • Cancellations requested before work begins are fully refunded.
  • Cancellations after work has started are subject to a partial refund based on work completed.
  • Completed and delivered projects are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of liability

Colibrix Lab's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

8. Website use

You may browse this website for lawful, personal, or business information purposes only. You may not scrape, reproduce, or repurpose any content without written permission.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved by negotiation in good faith, and failing that, through the appropriate courts.
